HI Kelvin, I’m not sure if I saw this on your site, but I thought you would be the one to ask. Is the Italian restaurant that was on the beach for rent/lease? Who would I contact to find out?

Its rented and is now Nicaragua Beach Lounge
For travelers and vacationers it would be nice to include a map with businesses located on it. It could be interactive so when you selected a business it could do 2 things. 1) a pop up with the business info and 2) a link to their website if they have one.
I would think this could be printable also to be able to keep in your pocket.

Hi…I own property in San Juan del Sur and do not get back as much as I would like. Your newsletter is great !!! Is the newsletter something sent to you via email or do I check your website periodically and read the newsletter at my convenience. Thank you, Lewis.
We don’t have an E subscription right now (working on it). We load the new edition up every Thursday if Union Fenosa a.k.a. Gas Natural (the electric company) lets us. Its always ready on-line just before we deliver the real thing on Thursday night.
